1. Drink only clean water. Never believe anyone who says that tap water is clean and good to drink. Make sure that the water you are drinking is filtered.
2. Take the two magic oils every day. Cod Liver and Coconut.
3. Eat at least one apple and one serving of spinach daily. The doctor and Popeye are right on the money with these two.
4. Trade in your processed grains such as white bread and white rice for unprocessed grains like Ezekiel bread and quinoa.
5. Get 8 hrs of sleep every night. Never underestimate the importance of a constant good night's rest.
