    A. A typical Training session lasts one hour. Forty Five minute and thiry minute sessions are available upon request.

    Q. Can two people split a training session?

    A. Yes. But, they have to be at the same fitness level and have similar fitness goals.

     

    Q. What does the initial assessment for training entail?

    A. A MAT® range of motion exam, treatment of weak muscles if necessary, and an exploration of the individual’s ability to perform a specific group of resistance training exercises.

     

    Q. Do you perform nutritional counseling?

    A. I am not a certified nutritionist. That being said, I have a tremendous amount of experience counseling individuals on eating habits. If you are serious about changing your eating lifestyle I will counsel you and take you to a grocery store of your choice to help you learn what foods are the best to meet your specific goals.
